Kenny was very friendly and helpful. The facility is very nice.

Kenny reached right out to me with availabilty and confirmed pricing. He met with me to review the space and was very helpful finalizing the paperwork. He reviewed all the operational details, times of service etc. I moved into my space on Monday March 4th, I had not received my code, so Kenny let me right in and then sent my code as soon as it was available. Space is great and easy to use. You have a Great Associate in Kenny.

I was impressed with customer service by Lorie, the cleanliness of the facility, and the ease of moving my things in. The location is easily accessible for highway 41 and the interstate. I felt safe with security cameras and knowing Lorie was at the desk. Lorie went the extra mile to help me open my storage unit.

Alex, the young man that checked us in, was very friendly and knowledgeable. The facility was clean, up to date and easy to access as well as being in an ideal location.

Ceiba was the agent who handled our booking. She was pleasant and very thorough. She took time to explain everything to us and made sure all our questions were answered completely.

Great experience both on the phone and locally. I reserved a unit over the phone, signed the agreement, and emailed it back. Lisa was helpful and friendly during the reservation process. When we arrived on site Cieba was helpful, friendly, and went out of her way to accommodate us. Prices seem a bit high compared to what I have experienced in the past, especially when I was charged a late fee when I thought I was on auto-pay. I did not check competitive rates in the area so these prices may be in line with others in Venice. My previous experiences with Public Storage was in Colorado Springs.

I have no problem with the storage unit...

I have no problem with the storage unit or the staff. The only thing that the facility need is trash cans onsite and in the bathroom. When you dry your hands there is no where to throw it away.

The new facility located at 3500 Laurel Rd E, North Venice, FL 34292, is conveniently located right off Interstate 95 and close to thousands of new residential homes and apartments being built throughout the local area. The staff is extremely helpful and welcoming, and as would be expected of a Public Storage facility the storage units within the building, and those in the outside buildings, are new, clean and well maintained. Make an online reservation for a unit size to meet your needs today. I did and saved money too - great rates!
