Easy Move in!

I moved into the storage unit on Thursday January 20th. Nancey helped me with checking in and getting all the information I needed. Not only was she super helpful but the most friendly and kind. They have so many options to offer which fit every need. 100% would recommend.

Brooke and Asia were professional kind and knowledgable Everything was very easy and was done promptly .They explained politicizes and equipment was easily available I also appreciate the lock available It made it very easy to lock the unit. The place was very clean and felt safe. Kat was amazing. The only thing i would recommend is you have golf carts for future customers who might need the assistance with walking around the large facility.

I arrived on a rainy day with multiple customers arriving at the same time. Dealing in customer service in inclement weather, with people wanting to be serviced immediately, would make a CEO stressed. Sharon was helpful and things moved efficiently. I would recommend Public Storage, especially this location.

There was some confusion the day after my rental. The staff called the next day and corrected the errors before I even knew they occurred.
