Excellent value and very easy to set up and very easy to get access.

THis is an excellent value. I paid more for parking outside in someone's backyard last year. The set up was very fast and simple. I was able to speak to a live person with instant answers to my questions. Access to the garage facility was very simple and straightforward. The facility is in a prime location. The facility is very clean. The only issue I had was the lock supplied was a little tricky to work. The 20x10 garage is plenty big for my Chryslder Sebring and allows me to store a few bikes and other items as well. I am very pleased with Public Storage and would recommend them to anyone.

Easy Peasy

Easy Peasy! I moved to the area in March and needed to remodel my small condo. We could only work on it during the off season. Now that the busy season is starting I thought about selling all my tools and buying new ones again in the spring as I figured the cost would be about the same as renting storage for 6 months to just pay to have them sitting there. When I looked up the price and signed up online, I would replace only one saw for the price of storing them all for half a year!! No brainer! Moved in the same day!

Outstanding customer relations!

Outstanding customer relations from Patti and Mary at Public Storage located at 11181 Kelly Rd in Fort Myers, FL 33957. These two were at the office when we stopped in to complete our registration. They were polite, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Everything was straight-forward, and there was no hard selling of any extra items. We appreciate their kindness and extra work at finding us the best deal. Online reservation was a breeze. Follow up calls/texts were almost immediate from beginning to the end. Public Storage earned a 5 star review due to their excellent customer service and ease of reserving a unit. This location is also clean, safe and convenient.

The facility is very clean. Access hours are convenient and the gates are simple to operate. The staff are courteous and friendly and were willing to answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend this facility to my friends. I booked on line to save money.

Almost everything was great

Patti was amazing and super helpful!! Took her time to show me everything around & answer all my questions, the place itself is clean & in a great area. Only thing I disliked a bit was how the move in price of ($1.00) for the first month went from what should of been $25-$27.00 to almost $80.00

I was very pleased with my visit. I will be recommending this location to everyone I know. Honestly it's the most respect and kindness I have received in a long time. They make you feel secure with your belongings. Patti was amazing and helped me so much! She's wonderful and a very hard worker as it seems.
