When I call the attendant is very knowledgeable and happy to help. Front door doesn’t display hours but sign on door says open. And in early morning I have found it to be locked. Would be helpful to actually post hours of in office door open.

I reserved my storage space online and shortly after I receive a phone call from the property manager and she was very professional and courteous. The next day I went in person because we are tax-exempt and Tenice was very knowledgeable and noticed that my exemption certificate had expired she advised me to bring a updated copy and she will speak to her manager about what needs to be done to assist me. Property Manager and facility review of Ocoee

In the Ocoee location, Myra and Camilla were absolutely amazing. They provided excellent service and were extremely helpful. Their kindness knew no bounds and were very knowledgeable. They made sure I understood all the information I was given and added a smile and also a laugh to our conversations. This is the best public Storage location in the Orlando area. Thank you for being a great help and kind souls.

It was great I called to set up unit. The manger of the location called me back confirmed my unit, time I would be there, and unit needs. When I showed up he showed me around and gave me all information needed as well as answered all my questions.

I was not aware when I booked online that insurance would be required and what insurance options were available, be they with Orange or, say, GEICO. Otherwise, a great facility with polite, professional, and effective customer service at the location.

Ms. Susan at the 1931 West State Road 426 location was very helpful. She was always available when I needed her . She had excellent expertise on the size of the unit that I needed. Was understanding as I moved in right before Hurricane Irma. The property is well taken care of and clean. If there were any issues . She took care of it promptly I had a great experience with Public Storage thank you for your services.

Ms. Susan was a great help. She was very friendly and I spent most of my time just talking with her. She even gave me tips on how to store my things in the storage so when I'm ready to take them out my things will not be ruined. Also, when I left one of my purchases at the facility she contacted me as soon as she could and has it saved for me for when I return to pack my things.

I have had a wonderful experience with Amanda and Jojo... they have been great in helping me find a storage space. And I couldn't be more thankful. I recommend them for all my storage needs

A little pricey and they do go up every year on rent. That being said the staff is super friendly and helpful. Very aware and even called me when I got ready to leave noticing lock was missing from my unit. Everything is well kept and very clean. Would highly recommend.
