Very pleasant experience and everything went smoothly. I was dismayed by add on charges such as charge for their mandatory lock and monthly insurance charge however it is a clean safe building. I would recommend it and staff is excellent.

The facility I moved into is fairly new, so it’s extremely clean, modern, well-lit, and very secure! From start to finish the entire process was automated and therefore super-easy. And the staff…. sooooo friendly and helpful!! Would definitely recommend. Thank you all for your kind service and an excellent experience!!

Brittany was super helpful and extremely professional during a stressful move. She gave me her recommendations on the size that I needed, while keeping my budget in mind. Most storage places won't do that. Brittany walked back and forth with me and a family friend who was helping me move, as I was SURE of the size that I needed.
