    Good customer service

    Tami, the mannager, was fantastic. Most courteous and helpfpul. For example as I was ready to leave, she called to me to say I had not put the lock on my unit properly. She went out of her wayto explain and help me put it on moore securely. That's good customer service.

    Quick and easy check in

    There are a lot of easy access options, including contactless check in and Bluetooth gate access from your phone. They were upfront about requirements and options. The negatives are that I rented a 5x5 unit, but the width is closer to 4 or 4.5 feet, and the door stuck the first couple of times I opened it.

    Great service!!!

    The young lady at the front was phenomenal!!! She was very professional yet very personal. She even called another employee to ensure what I had could fit in storage and took me to see specific storage unit. Couldn’t ask for better service!!!!!

    They'll raise your fee after the first month...

    We have had our storage unit for 4 months and the monthly rental fee has gone up more than $70 (from $127 to $200 including insurance and tax) for no reason. This is an absolute disgusting money grab and we are no longer going to store our belongings there.

    SHEENA was Very courteous

    SHEENA was Very courteous, very professional, I took the time to explain everything to us. Showed us around gave us some options Explained in details how to operate the gate and hours of operation. She was very pleasant to talk to and made sure all our questions were answered before we left.
