Ni dolly's or Carts!

Everything was great except there were no dolly's or carts available to transport my items from the vehicle. I was told - "it must be really busy today." Not they many cars were in the lot.

It is a very good place

It is a very good place, but I am dissatisfied that the price keeps going up every year but they have no concern to give a lower rate to those that have been renting for many years like me I have had mine for 20 years in the same place.

The Staff at this facility were very thorough and professional. The introduction was very detailed and they walked me through all my options and showed me the space options prior to choosing. The facility is immaculate and very convenient even at peak traffic times. very excited to have this many options and a very professional management team to protect my storage belongings.

The staff gets 5 stars, very helpful. Unfortunately I had the experience of seeing a dead cockroach pretty sure someone moved in with furniture carrying it, because the actual storage area is clean, no trash anywhere, I alerted management about it.

Moving is not fun. However, with the help of Millie (Milagros) it was totally different. She made it easier and smoother. She is truly awesome. She helped me during the whole process to rent the storage units and gave me the best advice. She is fantastic. I really appreciated!
