James was very efficient and professional.

Property was clean and well maintained. I Was storing items at another location (and with another company) on HH price kept creeping up and unit was above another lower unit called a locker, not to mention a swing outdoor vs rollup that you needed a ladder to access what a pain... Awful to access. This unit is larger walk in and conventional roll up door. Glad we made the switch.

The price increase following purchase of the facility by Prime Storage was unannounced & outrageous! I have also found trash on the floor around my RV which included rotting food.

We had an immediate need for storage space and we made all arrangements by phone from our car (driving down 95 from NJ) in one afternoon. Everyone we dealt with was patient and helpful. The managers of our facility even stayed past closing time to help us get prepared for the arrival of our moving van early the next morning. Our facility is well-designed, well-lighted and clean. The entrance gate, entry, elevator, carts, doors, and locks all function smoothly. We also get a friendly wave from the windows of the managers’ office almost every time we drive in.
