    The profess was simple. I was treated with courtesy and the staff is very professional and friendly. The agreement was explained in great detail. The unit was lean and I am very satisfied.

    Customer service was outstanding.

    Easy process and very personable. A one customer service Only drawback was the gravel area outside the units. Hard to navigate a dolly through it. Couldn’t extend the ramp into the unit with a 26’ truck, it would have blocked other customers from reaching their units.

    Fantastic Experience

    One of the best storage unit experiences I’ve ever utilized. Very glad to have found them on such short notice. Customer service, very pleasant and helpful.     Awesome service!

    Sheri is fantastic and always available. Purchasing and moving was a breeze with them. She called me and it was all done over the phone and email. Very good service. I also, had to call Sheri multiple times past 6 and she was available both times!

    Our First Storage Unit - Great Experience

    We are in the process of selling our house and needed a space to store items while we get our house ready for sale and look for a new house. Storage in the immediate area was almost double the rate of Lincoln Street Storage. While I am not super familiar with storage units and the "process", I can say that the door worked great, the inside was swept nicely, there was no moisture, and the steel walls looked almost brand new. We are very impreseed.
