    Easy to reserve and check in

    Website very easy to navigate. Registration and reservation were super easy. Check in was quick, efficient and very professional. On site manager escorted us to the unit and was very courteous. Great experience and pricing is extra economical.

    Reserving and Reserving

    The process of reserving was easy but I had to initiate the contact before moving in and I had to reserve/purchase through the actual storage site. It was all simple once I established who, what and when but it would have been better to get a call from someone to explain the “next steps”.

    Fast and efficient

    The manager was extremely helpful. I had requested if I could be moved to another storage unit of the same size after already paying and receiving docs for the first unit.. Manager took me around to show me other units and transferred my acct to the new unit.
