Great customer service

The process of completing the paperwork for the storage unit was very easy. Both people that helped me were very professional and personable. Going to start moving boxes into the unit this weekend.

On-site manager "Joe" is very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.

The facility is clean, well maintained and the dolly carts provided are extremely convenient for moving large and heavy items. There was no indication of rodent infestation and no offensive odor. The only reason I didn't give "5s" across the board is due to less than bright lighting in the storage unit itself. The hallways, walking areas, and restrooms are very well lit however the interior of the actual storage unity is significantly less well lighted. It is adequate and we can definitely see and could open and look through our storage boxes, but brighter lighting would be nice. Overall it is a great facility and the manager is top quality!,

Convenient, unit was ready when we needed it.

Had to move out immediately and was able make arrangements quickly and easily. Oscar was friendly and very helpful.

The associate was in a meeting but was able to help me quickly.

I used to work in that building before it became a storage space so it was a relieved feeling to be in a familiar area.

Hidden charges

Have to have insurance (tacked onto monthly bill) and have to use a certain lock (which they sell)for the insurance to pay out if there is a need. (Neither was required at my last storage unit.) Beginning paperwork takes a while. Everything else was fine/nice. The facility has small units that other places don't have. Even with insurance, this space was less expensive than renting a larger space that I didn't need. Very clean. Nice manager.
