    Do not use this facility, go somewhere else.

    On 2 occasions this company has charged my card without authorization, most recently making 7 attempts for different amounts. In doing this they completely depleted my account. I have always paid my bill to include any late fees and feel I should be able to do this of my own accord. To take it upon yourself as to when to take peoples money is very underhanded. I will never recommend this property to anyone, as a matter of fact will do my best to send them elsewhere. Would you want this done to you?

    Good introductory pricing, but no outside access which is what I need.

    I needed a storage unit short term and need outside access. I settled on this location because of the price, but won't stay long term. The ad I saw for your location in Greenwood because it said outsie access, air conditioned.

    Quick contact free

    The process to rent was easy and fairly quick. The manager is super friendly. However there was 2 mattresses and an old box spring inside the unit.

    Once we got it, everything went smoothly!

    Initial instructions were less than minimal. Would have been nice to have a live body in the office, but I understand the staffing issues. It was a good thing that there was someone in the building at a storage space to help with logistics. Everything cool now!!

    Great experience. Friendly and helpful.

    I sold my home in Columbia, SC very quickly and had a limited amount of time to secure storage. I was able to rent the storage unit from Tigers Eye and move in on the same day. The staff was very helpful and checked back with me several times to be sure all was going as expected. Thank you for the great customer service!

    Great Customer Service, Good Price!

    Kara M. was super helpful getting us signed in and squared away. The facility feels very safe and was clean and seems well managed and maintained. It has easy access to loading docks or ramps. Communications with them was easy and their responses to questions and concerns were dealt with quickly.
