Great place.

Folks are wonderful, place is wonderful, price is great. My only issue is that the spaces are of minimal width, which makes access to camper door, hatches, and wheels for chocks challenging.

Serious customer service!

Let me start by saying, wow! Phil, you are the man. Here's how my great experience started. It's Thursday at about 5:30 and I'm in downtown Charleston and Stockade closes at 6:00, oh and there's a hurricane off the coast too. Lots of rain. I call to see what can be done about the time, because I realized there was no way to get there in time to sign all the paper work before 6. "Well, only one thing to do... I'll just wait for you", Phil says, with a funny pause. I get there at 6:20, fill out paperwork and then get a call from my hired help, "Sorry, it's raining and we just can't make it". I ask Phil if he knows anyone, and without skipping a beat, he calls a friend of his to help me unload my 24ft truck in the middle of a monsoon. He also came back, in the pouring rain, while I was unloading and made sure I had a lock. I did not. He went back and got me one. I would drive out of my way to use Stockade, as long as Phil was there, anytime.

Marlo and Phil do a great job getting to know their customers. They are very helpful with moving in suggestions and helping us get additional storage units. Marlo reminded me of the great bonus is the free truck rental

This facility was cheaper than competitors in the mount pleasant area. I actually live on Daniel Island so having this just a few blocks from my home makes it that much more convenient for me. I was able to reserve my unit on the phone one day (at no cost) and then went the next day to sign the paperwork and make payment. The representative helping me was very professional and fast. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. They also offer auto draft so there's no chance of me forgetting about the payment! I'm very happy to get excess furniture out photography props out of my house!

Very clean Facility

Took about 6 days longer t get my car in but was due to mechanical troubles. No problems entering. Just wish it were more secure
