    Satisfied

    During a time when i was bombarded with news of moving, purely storage made it fast ,easy ,and affordable to put my things in a safe place.i spoke with the employee at front desk for about 7 minutes, was given the policy ,pay dates, amd keys shortly after.She even informed me of the moving out requirements and let me know to remove my things prior to the monthly cycle pay date to avoid giving that extra money for no reason.

    Was very impressed with phone and officer personnel

    The ladies in the front office were very helpful. And they were very knowledgeable. They made sure I knew the hours to drop off or pick up stored items and to be careful not to be there after 10pm. I appreciated each one of them. I would highly recommend this facility to others.

    Great Office Staff and on-line Customer Service

    Because I was moving back to California, I had my sister research affordable storage facilities in the Lancaster, CA area. Purely Storage had the best rates but also had a special going, so we chose this location. I was held up with a problem getting a U-Haul and a trailer, so my trip had to be delayed. I contacted Purely and they were understanding and extended my reservation hold and extra 5 days and they honored the same rate special.
