The facility is clean and adequate. I am a bit concerned about a small moist spot in the corner to the right of the entrance; maybe it is just some slight condensed moisture. The service is fast and courteous. Trojan Storage agent Luis is thorough and friendly. Thank you.

Great facility! The manager is very helpful and accommodating. The grounds are safe and secure, which is very important when storing personal items that can’t be replaced.

Terrific experience, Great management!

So so so impressed with Trojan Storage! Move-out day from my apt was chaotic and we kept having to push back the time to get to Trojan to sign the lease, but... we made it with a few minutes to spare and Luis (the manager) and George, were both so very helpful and accommodating. We got my lease all filled out and and after that, moving into the unit was a breeze compared to the day we had! The business property is very clean, including the indoor units, and overall just had a safe feeling for my belongings! Trojan Storage is an excellent choice, I highly recommend!

Totally easy and comfortable experience right from the beginning. Luis and Scott were very friendly, accommodating, professional, and straight forward, did exactly what they said they would do. I usually do not leave reviews, but I was impressed by their services and felt the need to acknowledge them for it. So if you like trustworthy people who will take care of your things and give you a great deal and experience, you should store your things with Trojan Storage of Sun Valley.

Friendly and keep good hours.

We were looking for a storage facility that allowed 24 hour access. This proved to be impossible to find. Trojan has better hours than other places and friendly customer service. I just wish they offered 24 hour access.

NO OTHER STORAGE

THERE IS NO OTHER STORAGE PLACE LIKE THIS. THE CLEANLINESS IS IMMACULATE, IT'S ALMOST UNBELIEVABLE. THAT RIGHT THERE IS ENOUGH ALONE FOR A 5 STAR REVIEW. STAFF IS SUPERB, FRIENDLY AND SUPER HELPFUL. PRICING IS OK BUT THERE ARE MANY SPECIALS THAT GO ON FOR THIS STORAGE. FIND ONE AND IT'S WORTH IT!
