Left me stranded

I was scammed out of an apartment needed storage instantly, use Astoria location as it was the only place on a Sunday open late Turned up at 5pm, none of the codes worked for the gate, eventually got in, unit would not open. Called more than 15 times, spoke to Noah, Alex and a bunch of people who never got back to me and just hung up every time I called in the end Had to leave all my stuff outside my unit and go back Monday morning to load all my belongings into the storage unit Requested a refund for the disastrous inconvenience, they wouldn't give me a dollar back DISGUSTED

Quick, Easy and Personable

Aside from the quick and easy route laid for me to get exactly what I needed the staff at th building were excellent. It seems that Kelvin and his staff mates have created a sort of zen sanctuary of vibes at a place that could be quite stressful given the moving and shifting of personal items. It wasn't like that at all for me. Only thing I will say was that you shouldn't but any boxes or tape or locks or anything of that nature because the company has the whole supply and demand pricing gouge thing going on. So prepare as much as you can. Other than that I feel greatly rewarded in my choice to use this facility over others.

This storage unit is so clean and the climate control is great. Your belongings don't get any damage to them. The staff are so very helpful and pleasant. I was able to rent a unit right away. I'm very pleased with this place.
