Happy w/ move in unhappy with rate hike of $36.00 4 months later?

Rate hike 4 months and 2 weeks from move in with increase of $36.00 is unethical. The quoted rate at move in should be the rate for 1 years time period with NO sudden increases.

Great unit for the price

New facility love it! They provide covered unloading area and ample amount of carts. Definitely would refer this to family and friends.

Excellent facility and outstanding customer service!

We went by the facility to check it out and make sure it was both clean and secure. The manager John was both friendly and helpful, showing us a variety of sized units available. I picked one that was ground floor, climate controlled and "probably" a little larger than needed as I didn't want to get stuck on move-in day with too much stuff and not enough room. The booking process was easy online and we went back on the Saturday to make sure all was ready before Monday morning move-in. John was not there but the young lady on duty was also very pleasant and helpful. Monday morning at move-in, we realized we had way overdone the size. John, the manager, immediately found us a more suitable unit and solved our problem with a smile! Overall, this experience far exceeded our expectations. Moving is a pain.... this was easy!

I reserved on line a 5x10 unit and went in to check it out, manager John Garrett was there and I found out there is truck available to customers for $10 after asking him, but not for my move in date. I told him it would have been nice to know of availability ahead of time when a woman called me to confirm reservation. I also shared w him that the price is not really as advertised, 87. It is 99 due to mandatory insurance. His response to all the above was “mhm”. On move in day I needed a larger unit he said he had one for $123.50/mo 10x10. After the price came different on the computer he called someone and was told that because it s the last one, it is now $185. Needless to say I was dissatisfied with the above and his inability to help. I felt like i was being taken advantage of because I was in a pinch and his lack of skill to manage customer dissatisfaction did not help. I only took the larger unit because the movers were half way through with unloading the truck, otherwise I would have left. Horrible experience!!

Wow, this was real easy using the app

I showed up.... used code to get in went straight to my rented spot took opened it up... there was a bag with my lock and some simple indications and I was all set.

Wonderful personnel and facility.

Rented from a nice young woman who was extremely helpful. She has been there since it opened, wish I had her name as I write this. The facility is very clean and user-friendly. It is convenient to where we live, and the hours are good. The 5x10 will hold what we need, and it too is clean and convenient. We like the door that opens like a standard entrance door, too.
