Nice facility that is secure

I was so grateful to the staff for helping me find an alternate space just a little bigger than the one I had reserved. They went over and above to accommodate my last minute need for more square footage. The monthly price is a bit high, but the location is really good for my needs. I am glad I found South Hill Mini Storage.

when I outgrew the size of the slot. I got online reserved another close to mine. When I got there, I did the paperwork and was good to go, that simple.

Good experience

Good experience, except they have required we use their $21 a month insurance even if we have our own, which it better coverage for less than their $21 for $3000 coverage . Not pleased with this at all!!!
