I made my reservation on self-storage.com with a 25% discount. I was trying to call the place to confirm and guess what, they called me! I was able to take a look and finalize everything in no time at all. We even made sure my gatecode worked and the unit already had a lock waiting for me. Very organized and smooth experience.

Terrific staff and price

We received a free month offer, but I could not maneuver our motorhome into the space. the original covered unit offered. I began looking for another site, but on return to pick up the motorhome, a cancellation offered a unit that would work. The staff went out of their way to g eat us what we needed.

Fantastic! Clean, polite, patient, and kind

I arrived just a few minutes before closing time (traffic had delayed me), and even though they wanted to go home, they still showed me two storage units, walked me through everything without skimping, and was very polite about my indecisiveness about size. They were very patient, polite, and kind and the storage units themselves were extremely clean and secured.

Well maintained, clean, little difficult to get to, but the price is right.

I live in Denton, but was willing to make the drive to Little Elm because facilities around campus are really expensive. This place is fairly new and updated. Security is pretty good too, so I'm not worried about my stuff. Great overall.
