It got easier as time went on.

At first I couldn’t work the machine, I quickly figured it out. I, also, had a hard time opening the gate for the first time. Eventually we got inside and I got to put my stuff inside. Our second time coming to put stuff in was easier. I’m glad I decided upon this storage place. Also, it’s the only one open on Sunday.

I am a new tenant so I don't have very much to go on with EZ Lock Storage yet. However, the service that I received was wonderful. I was able to look at a unit asap and speak with someone within minuets. Even though he was driving when we call he pulled over and made sure I was taken care of. They have a quick response to your concerns and questions which is a huge plus for me!!! The facility is very nice, in a good location and from what I saw it is well taken care of.

Fantastic if you have the right transportation!

This storage facility boasts cleanliness and excellent customer service. I had no issues with registering at the front kiosk, which was quick and clear. My only complaint about the initial registration is that the machine is very clunky and mechanical, which was uncomfortable to use for the first few minutes. Besides this, when I had a question after hours, I called and received help immediately over the phone in a clear and concise manner. I am renting a climate-controlled unit, and it was not difficult to locate due to the organization of the facility. Unloading my things was very easy because of the doors' latch systems and the dollie that is provided in the building. I would highly recommend this facility to those who are looking for affordable, clean, safe storage.

This storage facility is clean, new, and most importantly easy to access whenever you want 24/7. I recently moved into a 10X10 unit and I couldn't ask for a better place to store my stuff. I was able to move in on a Sunday which is quite hard to find with most storage units, and was partially the reason I chose this location. Upon arrival I was not disappointed and was highly satisfied with my unit and the facility as a whole. I would highly recommend these storage units for anyone looking for reliable storage in the CU area.

24 hour access. Easy to get in and out. You can use your own padlock. You do everything online at a kiosk, but Mike was great at answering my questions by phone. New units and very clean. You pay by month, but they prorate your first part of month. You can literally move in anytime. Free reservations to hold your unit or go in and get one. I heartily recommend this place if you need extra storage!

Very convenient easy clean and secure space to use

Mike was very helpful for our after -hours move on a Friday night and he explained in detail about how to operate the m automated kiosk which is very user friendly and easy.to The check-in and security is fantastic and access being 24 hrs is a great benefit for late night moving in. We are very pleased with the service.

Rodents and Vermin!

When I get my items back I was shocked! Some of my boxes had holes and when I check the inside, they were covered with mouse droppings and hair. I sent e-mails to the customer service department about a month ago but still no reply. Dissapointed!
