Arlie was great! He made sure to explain all the details so there were no surprises. I’ve found several competitors not to be so transparent….Check-in was smooth & didn’t take long. The facilities are immaculate! Security is excellent… I feel confident using Fort Knox.

Fort Knox Wildwood Cares And It Shows

Fort Knox Wildwood storage is clean and well cared for. Management is always available. My downside is some of the streets in the facility are too crowded and narrow for a moving truck, so you have to be careful which storage area you choose. I do not like having to pay compulsory insurance when that is something that should be included in the rental price, especially for the small amount of insurance provided. Each storage building should have more and better trolleys. However, Fort Knox Wildwood is a better storage facility than most of the others I have visited.

Excellent Company To Do Business With

Building A Home In The Villages And I Looked On Line For A Climate Controlled Storage Unit And Found Fort Knox Storage In Wildwood FL Where The Home Is Being Built I Called And All Arrangements Were Explained And Paper Work Was Taken Care Of Right Over The Phone When I Went To The Unit It Was Completely Clean And Spotless And The Facility Personal Was Excellent And They Even Let Me Keep My Small box Trailer Parked There For The Week As I Had No Where To Leave It Till I Returned Home.

We had a pleasant experience and would recommend to anyone.

Keith and Shannon were very helpful and friendly. The facilities are new and the security of the area was great. We feel comfortable leaving our belongings there. We moved from WI to FL and doing business with them went very smooth. It was a stress free experience during a stressful move. Regarding the cost of the unit, it may be a fair price, but lets be honest, we all would like to pay less ;-)
