It was perfect customer service. She definitely answered all of our questions. Although the building was not climate control it was still cooler in the building she put me in. I would recommend this store to anyone.

Very Easy

Being able to inquire, book, and move in all online was an extremely refreshing experience. Staff was courteous, and helpful w all questions when I stopped by the office. I would definitely recommend renting storage rooms here.

Disappointed customer

I was told one thing when signing up with the representative and then when I got to the office I was dealing with a rude young lady. I was upset from the representative and the desk technician made my experience with your company worse. I am a property manager and have lots of properties. Word of mouth, referrals, friends and family and I am sad to say I will not put your name out there. Disappointed customer. :( I hope others got treated better and respectfully.

Made the entire process super easy and cheap.

I needed a storage unit the same day as I called. I called 15 minutes before close, and the employee stayed extra time just to help me get everything setup online. Everything worked so much easier than I thought, and the prices are unbeatable!

Twice the space as my former space plus added security, clean and bright

I was very happy, on moving day, to find such a clean, safe storage unit closer to home. The unit is twice the size for only $5 more and there were elevators and moving dollies to help with my boxes. The manager was very patient and answered all my concerns as well as assisting with setting up auto-pay to my credit card. I'm so pleased to be able to use my garage again.

This is the cheapest storage unit I could find and it’s also great! The manager, Gaston, is awesome and wats to help you as much as possible. Would 100% recommend it to anyone

Yesenia, the manager, is so wonderful! She was easy to work with, she was personable, and she was an overall delight. I'm glad I picked this storage facility! I also like that the entrance code show's up with my name on the screen, it's a nice touch and makes me feel like a valued customer.

Grrrreat Customer Service

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Yesenia is amazing! I rented a small unit and i live out of state. The entire process to rent the unit from another’s state was made easy because the staff work great together. This all helped with making me feel my belongings are being stored at a safe place. Thank you!

Nice & clean.

The whole business is very clean & nice. Had a few different types of units in the size I needed. Price was reasonable, but did offer half off the 2nd & 3rd months rent. But have to pay $10 for insurance & the first month a administrative fee of $15. But all in all, I'm happy with the place & glad it's open 7-7 daily as well.
