Clean units, nice new looking property. The man at the front desk, Reese (Reece?) was very helpful, friendly and professional and made the experience enjoyable. I’m very excited to have this unit. Great first time experience.

Polite staff/easy access

The only thing I am a bit confused about is the sign outside the facility that offers a free month of rental...but I am told that offer was not available the day that I checked in. I was told the specials change daily and that there is fine print on the sign that you cannot read from the street indicating that there are some particulars.

. I would highly recommend to anyone., the best.

Great Place!

Shortly after placing my online reservation, I received a follow up phone call from Michelle, who was pleasantly professional, courteous and knowledgeable. When I went in the next day, Michelle remembered me and was well organized and prepared. The facility was clean, the staff friendly and welcoming. Paperwork was quick and painless, explained in detail, with the opportunity for any questions. A unit walk through was done by both staff and myself, as well as pad lock check and gate / pin number check. Paperwork was neatly organized and in an envelope to keep it all together. I recommend Sentinel to anyone who enjoys great customer service, convenient location, ease of access and competitive pricing!
