Sally and Jim were so kind and helpful. They showed me around and made me feel so welcome. It was very easy to get all of the paperwork completed and get my things stored. A most pleasant experience. I will continue to use them if I need them in the future.

Outstanding service

Moving isn't always great and it's even harder when you are not moving into a new place right away and need storage. While most companies don't really care about you and all they care about is collecting your money the staff at cube smart Tallahassee location whether it is Jim or Tea are both great at what they do and will do everything in their ability to help you out and accommodate for any reasonable changes you may have. All and all they are great people and i would diffidently recommend this place to anyone that needs a storage unit. Not to mention they are affordable and not crazy expensive.

Much more affordable than other units in the city, and I'm not sure if it's just because it's 5 more minutes out of town? But it's super clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the rates can't be beat! Well-maintained facility.

Secure, clean storage facility

Cameras monitor the facility, there are locked gates and the staff on premises are friendly. It's well kept and very clean. Worth the trip outside of the center of town.

a place for stuff

a little further out than some others but the price was closer to my budget.

So far so good. Haven’t finished my rental — but seems good.

The guys were courteous and had my spot ready to go when I got there. The paperwork process was quick and easy.

Clean and staff answered all my questions even though it was after hours

I came by after closing and the staff came out and answered all my questions. So refreshing to get a pleasant person who was not upset that it was after hours. The place is clean and I understand now why the fees are what they are

My main complaint to this facility, there is no night light at night.
