The storage space was clean when I first opened it. The entry and exit process works great with codes that are easy to remember. The price is reasonable when compared to competitor rates. I have made about 15 trips to unload stuff in the past 5 days and there has not been any problems.

It is perfect if you have things that don’t need air con because they don’t have this option. Easy to get it. Everything was contactless (fantastic for pandemic times)

I went in on a Sunday when most other facilities were closed. The employee was very helpful in providing the unit in about 15 minutes. I called about 10 days later needing a larger unit and Gus was great! Found me a larger unit and let me have it on the same promotion deal that I had on the smaller unit. I would and have recommended Coachella Valley Storage to my friends. Thanks guys for all your help!

Excellent Customer Service!

The gentleman who checked me in was very professional and friendly. He was thorough in explaining all of the rules, paperwork, etc., I really appreciated that he took the time to drive out to the storage unit and open it up for me. He also gave me a small bottle of hand sanitizer, and a 2021 calendar. I believe it is those little extra touches that show customers that you care. Thank you for hiring professional employees. Much needed in our world today!

Very nice place great service and protected.

The manager was very kind and helpful patient too it took a wail to get the home insurance paperwork but once we got it everything went well.

Same day service on a Sunday afternoon isn't easy to find in the valley, but Coachella Valley Storage is open until 4 PM. Hugo in the office was both professional and personable. Great experience!

Need a place to store house hold items. Called And Had my storage that same day. It was clean, affordable, and safe. The customer service lady was friendly and more then happy to get us all set up with everything we needed. Even walked us out and opened up our units for us. Very impressed. Vey pleased.

The greatest rv storage place!

The staff and facility are clean and professional. We were very surprised in arriving in Indio, California to the facility of its grounds. Perfectly clean and organized and proper cameras.
