    3-4 star rating.

    The doors on the units are very difficult to open, but the unit is good. The communication between Sparefoot and MiniU needs to be clearer- for the customer and management.

    Good price

    Staff is friendly , prices are good . I gave a 3 for cleanliness due to the facility is next to a rock company so there’s dust in the air , You will need to cover your stuff in the storage unit otherwise it will have dirt on it .

    My Experience

    Made an appointment was there before time but person before me was way late. I had to wait approximately 45 minutes before she was done. Thought my entire process would take about 20 minutes as I was going to work after. Very stressful.
