First of all the owners were very kind helpful pretty quick on the paperwork Price is definitely good the 24-hour access is not common here in Wichita so that's awesome too they're working on getting insurance they say but other than that it's probably a better place than anywhere I've used for storage in this town

During this whole Covid Pandemic I have struggled financially to make my storage payments. Unlike other places in the past. This place is very helpful and understanding. Working with me so I don't lose everything I own. I cannot thank them enough.

Short term ok. Long term, DO NOT DO IT!! FILTH!!

I would recommend this storage only for very short term. I have had my stuff in here for @ 3 years. My stuff is filthy with dirt. It is worse than if it had been sitting outside all this time.

Tammy is wonderful! We arrived on a Friday and she waited for us. We got right in. She had even let my daughter put wood pallets in the unit the week before we arrived. Love that it’s secure with cameras and can get in 24/7. AAA +

Extremely helpful at all times.

Tammy and her husband are very nice people who go that extra mile every time. I've had my unit only a few days and she's already helped me open the unit, helped me get into my car when I locked the keys in it and helped me locate my phone when I misplaced it. The lot is very well maintained with good lighting and my unit was spotless. I'm very impressed with this business. The prices are the best in Wichita, I know, I spent 2 weeks pricing them before I picked this one. The DAV next door is a plus!

I've rented other storage units around town but this by far is awesome. I mean you dont have to worry about added fees after sign up! Gated 24 hour facility with security cameras & on-site management is deffinately an added bonus. Always clean!!!

Really appreciate the fact this facility is a locally family owned business. Very secure with cameras around the whole facility & the onsite manager is great! They work with you if need & have the best prices!
