Bait and Switch

I am currently renting an 8x10 unit. I was paying $79 a month. Today, I find out the price is raised to $159, excessive increase. I thought it was a billing error. I went to the facility and was told it is not an error, there was an increase on rental price. MORE THAN DOUBLE. I was told I already paid that 2 months already. I have been out of state for almost 2 months and have to been able to check my email. I went on the website, with AAA, it is raised to $109. This is advertised ONLINE. I called the facility and asked why I am paying $159 and it is advertised with AAA for $109. I went through AAA when I rented. They office employees admitted the increase is excessive, they were polite and professional, said the manager would refund me 10% percent off this month tomorrow, but for only one month's charges. Never had a problem with this facility in the pass. Would not recommend this facility. Look elsewhere.

Superb Customer Service

Family feel from the start. They explained everything very clearly and upfront leaving me without any questions. I had a lovely experience and feel safe and confident that my stored items will be safe as well. In times where customer service is lacking, they were top notch!

Julie took the time to sweep out the storage unit and make some adjustments to the door before I started moving in my belongings. The process for picking up and returning the box truck was seamless! Upon moving into the facility, we got a none beatable price for location on our storage unit. Other competitors in the facility are no where near the price for the size and location of storage units offered. We are more then satisfied with the service of Mini U Storage AAA off county line! I rate them five star all across the board!
