Great Storage Facility

roof leak

Right where my storage unit is there is a poorly repaired area next to the roof that leaks badly when it rains. It is located right above my unit which makes it difficult to work in unit after it rain. It is in dire need of repair. Does not look like it has had been properly repaired in a very long time. If you look around you will find other areas around the facility. By making these repairs you are insuring your renters that you actually care about the service you provide. Rather than ignoring the reality of existing issues that are physically apparent to anyone. Thank you.

Good price

Julia took good care of me. Facility is clean. I've never rented from a storage facility that doesn't have a fence around it but the area seems busy and well lighted. I gave it four stars only because it's not gated.

Terrible service

I work in customer service, so I am normally the type to praise someone even if it's an exaggeration, because it is a hard job. However, I have never received worse service in my life. I made my online reservation to save time. I waited in the office for nearly 40 minutes until the woman sitting at the desk acknowledged my presence. She found my reservation but could not figure out how to enter my information into the system. After about a 20 minute ordeal with that, she couldn't get her credit card machine working. She got on the phone with another employee and proceeded to bad mouth me and my mother to the employee right in front of me. The unit itself was clean and dry, but over priced. I'm not sure how this place is still in business.

Remodeled Office

I am leaving this review because of all the other reviews regarding the office. I was just here on July 19th, and they have completely remodeled the office and the smoke smell is gone. I actually made a comment about how nice the office was, and I was told (in a very politically correct way) that "it really needed it" and "was really bad." (Clearly the reviews weren't wrong). The associate that helped me was wonderful. She was very nice and very upfront with information. Nothing sketchy. Even though there is no gate, the facility manager lives on the property in a residence and walks the facility often. The units are clean and lighted, and while there may be no gate, the facility is well lit and in a good area.

Decent facility

It is not gated, but it's in a fairly safe area. The unit was clean but the office had a strong smoke odor. That would be a turnoff for anyone with smoke allergies or irritations. The office worker was friendly, no issues there. It's a fair price and a good unit. The unit is raised a little from ground level, helping to keep it dry. It's a decent place for storage.

Brenda at the counter was extremely nice and helpful and the facility was convenient and nice.

They are helpful and friendly. It is very convienient for me to get there. They have a person who lives at the site so it is secure.

Easy check in, very convenient to get in and out of.

My experience with this facility was great,the showing of the facility, the different sizes, and most of all 24 hours access love that , all in all great storage

Needed a place and they got me in ASAP and they had 24 hour round the clock coverage!

Not the prettiest place, but it was clean had been sprayed for pest! People was friendly, and fast in paperwork.
