    Excellent experience

    This was one of the nicest offices I ever went into for a storage facility. Renee was very professional, but also very friendly and we had an absolutely awesome awesome conversation as she reviewed the terms for the storage facility. This is not my first time storing with AAA, but this experience was above par. Thank you so much facility was beautiful nice and clean and I’m looking forward to working with you. !

    Needed something in a pinch

    I walked in after reserving online. I realized that I chose a too small unit and the clerk was patient and rectified the situation instantly by upgrading me to a larger unit. I caused her to stay a bit beyond her end of the day and I apologized, but she was quite friendly and understanding, helping me to feel less guilty.

    Clean units, simple, staff will walk you through procedures etc..

    The best & quickest to meet your storage needs!!

    My sons and I had 48 hours to get our 2700 square foot home into storage. The staff at AAA Self- storage in Browns Summit met our needs immediately! We were provided a moving truck on site and we're able to complete the task that we thought was going to be impossible. Clean, courteous, helpful and well set-up facility. I would recommend the storage site to everyone!

    Love the 24 hour access

    Moved here from Virginia and pulled in at 9:00pm with a full uhaul load. No issues with access. Love it, and the space was very clean.

    Staff and site is awesome! Friendly people, super clean, great prices!

    Although I have not used a storage facility before... I must say that this was very favorable for my first experience. I would gladly recommend AAA Browns Summit to anyone looking to put a few things away for any period of time.

    Friendly, great service, clean facility, amazing prices

    Renee was wonderful--friendly, informative, efficient. Free truck for moving in was a great plus. Unit is clean. Lock provided without extra cost. Lowest price that I could find in the area. Would highly recommend.
