    Lisa does an excellent job running the facility. She is always friendly and willing to help. The facility is always very clean, I feel very safe having my belongings and myself there. The cost is reasonable as secure as the facility is.

    Friendly custimer service that works hard for those renting from them

    The manager at Keylock Storage Pasco is amazing and so kind and willing to work around peoples schedules to make sure that their needs for storage are met. My parents have a unit with them and so i already knew they had fantastic customer service, but working with them as an adult so far has been a great experience.

    Decent Facility

    I rented a small unit and realized I needed a bigger one, the staff was accommodating and helped me upgrade to a bigger unit. Only downside to this storage is they make you pay for insurance on your storage. You would think since you are paying them to store your stuff they would be responsible for your storage.

    Met our needs with ease; attendant.even called us before the end of the day to remind us we need to get back with a padlock to lock up our unit before she left.
