the storage facility is nice, clean, good hours to be able to drop off or pick up your things as needed and convienantly located in a common area. I do not know how well the units hold up to weather and I am praying the rain doesnt make it way inside the units. Prices were way to high for being non climate controlled units which is why I deducted a star. The response for getting the unit was superb and very quick so overall it has been a good experience so far. The response from front office was very prompt and she put a lot of thought into her job which was appreciated.

Although I did not rent a unit at Atlanta Highway thanks to the Manager there who took the time to speak with me specifically about what I am having to store and and made a personal call to the 2nd Winder location of CubeSmart to confirm they had a larger unit available. My move, like many was last minute and not under the best circumstances. I truly appreciate the extra steps taken to make sure I found the right size unit, a safe and clean location but most of all greeting me by name instead of internet reservation blah, blah, blah, you get what you reserved. Keep up the great customer service and networking. It surely helped me out. Highly recommend.

Nice facility and friendly staff

Moving is stressful enough, but once I got to the storage facility, everything was smooth sailing. Very friendly staff, very clean and convenient location. It does feel secure, however, where my unit is, there is a building that is being occupied by a business and it backs up into the grounds of the facility right by my unit. When their garage door is open they can walk right into the gated part of storage area without going through the gate. They seem like nice enough people and my unit is secure, but it still is a little concerning that they can just walk freely throughout the place without going through a gate. Like I said, other than that it is great. The lady at the office made moving in a breeze.

Best Storage facility in the area!

I am very pleased with cube-smart! All of the employees were very helpful and friendly! The prices are reasonable in comparison to other storage facility's in this area. I was also very impressed by the cleanliness of the units and grounds.

It was over a good experience they guy there i think his name was Kris was very help and knowledgeable. He answer all question i had. Being that it was my first time renting a unit.
