Overall great service and good promotions. The place is clean and the access hours are better than most places too. The best thing, however, is probably the security. And the worst thing is definitely that karts can only be checked out during office hours.

Happy with the location. My only complaint is that I can't borrow the moving carts after hours. This should be fixed somehow.

Really good customer service. I originally was helped my the manager at another location on 27th ave and 120th in Miami. He searched to make sure I get the deal at other locations. He sent me to you location and I was all stressed because of my situation and again the young later there shared her honest advice while informing me of the deal.

Overall pretty good experience.

I think Safeguard is a pretty decent facility. My only complaint is that the elevators are a little slow and the doors close too quickly. I also feel that the policy of locking up all the carts after the office closes is really an inconvenience to the customers. Overall experience was good though. Great customer service front office.
