Excellent Service and facility

Andrew is so easy to work with and friendly! The whole process was quick and easy. The units are very clean; the ease of moving in was the best. They have carts on wheels which were SO helpful and a loading dock. Best storage facility I have used yet by far!

TOTALLY AMAZING SERVICE!

I am so happy with the service that Andrew has provided, above & beyond! He made everything SO easy for me. He was the first to respond to my inquiry and made the process of storing my daughter's stuff for school turn key. He has my business forever, or as long as my student is attending RPI! Great experience

My experience with this place has been great right from the get go. Reserving the space was quick and easy, A week or two before move in Andrew contacted me with info on how the do the paperwork before move in. The day we moved in we got our key and moved the stuff in, quick, easy, and no hassle. Andrew was extremely pleasant to work with, very easy going, and made everything as easy as possible. He answered all our questions, and followed up after the move in to assure everything was to our satisfaction. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
