Unit was advertised as 5' x10', but it's much less than that. Don't appreciate the deception.

Good deal

Reserved online and then later called them to verify my reservation. They entered my info over the phone and had the unit available right away. Only thing was that when I arrived to move in, there were a few small things left behind and a couple of bags that were trash from the previous renter and dirt inside that had to be swept out.

Excellence across the board

No problem with on-line reservation ... company followed up several times and answered questions .Only problem I had was Google maps sent me down the wrong road. Will continue to use and recommend.

Online paperwork

Even though I had confirmed reservations the system didn’t work. Unless you have reliable high speed internet the paperwork is nightmarish. I am relocating so access to internet is limited. The current covid restrictions also increase the difficulty even though I have been vaccinated.

Ray was absolutely wonderful in accommodating all my move in needs. He went above and beyond even after office hours to see that my move went well. Made the entire process so easy. Although the facility is a lot further from the place I’m living it’s worth the 20min drive it takes me to get there. The 24/7 access is one of the main reasons I decided to rent with Airport Rd Self Storage. Thank you for making my move quick and stress free.

I called and asked if I could come earlier than my scheduled move in date. The owner was accommodating, courteous and helpful. The paperwork was easy and quick and I would recommend if you're looking for a reasonably priced storage unit!
