Craig is professional and extremely helpful--best connection at Trojan.

Online registration and check-in generally good except for glitches in things like providing working links to add proof of insurance insurance pdf. Craig handled all issues and ensured move-in was smooth.

Clean units, friendly staff

Overall happy with my experience so far. The one thing I don't prefer is the limited access to carts, you can't use them if the office is closed. I understand why but it's not super convenient. Everything else has been great.

I couldn't believe the prices when I first saw them! unbelievably inexpensive. especially these days. You'll be lucky to get these prices on special. from reserving my unit to my move-in day, the entire process was easy, quick, paperless, and straight to the point. the only little bummer is you can only use a cart when the office is open, so just make sure you bring your own little dollie or hand truck but other than that this place is pretty awesome. The young lady in the office, I can't remember her name, but she was really friendly and very helpful and informative. I would definitely recommend this place!

The entire process was easy, efficient, and friendly! Karenza is amazing! She gave us a tour informing us of the high end security, convenient elevators, and climate control of the facility. She even made sure our lock was working properly. You will not be sorry choosing this facility!

I wish all storage was this price, it is totally fair for what I need it to be, the facility is top notch clean, climate controlled and safe with access to only your floor and security very strong around the building, I feel like I'm getting way more than I am paying for, all storage facilities should be this price.

Needs more than one cart

Needs more than one cart! I felt sorry for other people who had to carry their boxes because there was only one cart. I asked about this on check in and they said there were more but there isn’t. My one complaint.
