Fast friendly customer service

Customer service was fast and friendly, easily got setup with my storage unit. The storage facility hallway had some trash along the walkway, but the unit assigned to me seemed clean enough. The small unit will do just fine for what I need to store.

Secure and Cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Lockers are tin and the summer heat will make them super hot so don't leave any precious electronics are meltables like candles. That being said, for the price, they are great units and I would recommend them.

my experience with you was way less than satisfactory.

I reserved a unit here through a number found online. it was difficult to understand both people I talked to, as it was clear English was not their first language. apon arriving at the facility , I was told I would have to go up and down stairs to get to my unit. when I expressed suprise at that fact, the guy there went out of his way to point out three times, that the website clearly stated that... as if to put me in my place and remind me it's own fault for not knowing, when your non-English speaking rep, never once mentioned it. I'm glad say that I found a better unit where the help was fantastic, I get a ground level unit, a gate for security, and a much better price as well.

Overall an ok storage facility nothing great nothing terrible

A good deal for the price!

The storage business is combined with an auto sales business, and the auto business seemed the more important of the two. However there is nothing else this size for the price, which was very important to us. There is a reason for the price, we had to pull 42 boxes up 14 stairs . We are senior citizens, and couldn't even pay anyone to help us. All good things have a price. :)

I had a very pleasant experience with the storage company. The facility could be a little cleaner, but it is what it is; a storage facility.

I called the manager met me we completed the paperwork in a very short period of time. I was impressed with the level of service .

The people were nice. Little bit dirty. Great price.
