Easy move-in. Whole process was seamless.

Excellent customer service.

Came in a couple days ago to check out a few units, wound up not choosing any at the moment, but the manager was very knowledgeable about unit sizes, company policy, and he was very respectful and giving with his time. Thank you to him for making my trip to Public Storage a nicer one.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff and great, clean facility

The ladies at the desk were all super helpful and they went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I was able to get an unit of the size I needed and they still honored the online price I had received. The facility is very clean and well run with working elevators and dollys you can rent.

Thank you! If the snow and wind would let a bit more more moving things in quickly will happen sooner. But for the price, the experience, and the fact you donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t control the weather I really canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t complain.

Very clean facility! The big parking lot and facility-provided carts make for an easy drop off.

It was super easy to move on everyone was very friendly.

I forgot the womanﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s name who checked me in. It was something like Orenua (sorry if I completely messed that up) but she was so professional and nice. She told me exactly what I needed, gave the best suggestions and overall made the experience lovely.

The experience so far has been nothing but fabulous. Orchidia made the move-in experience very pleasant by always having a smile on her face. She answered all of my questions regarding the security of the property, access times etc. I would highly recommend this location due to current staff in charge. Keep up the good work in hiring customer oriented staff such as Orchidia !

Slow elevators coming down for 2nd floor to ground floor

One of the elevators wasn't working and since others were moving in, it took forever to come down to the regular floor. I think the professional movers had some sort of system in place, so it screwed over people moving into the 2nd floor. Everything was clean and the place is nice, but I would recommend making sure the elevators are working since it can make a 30-minute move take 2 hours.
