This is my first time using a storage unit and I must say that the interaction with the staff members there were exceptional. From speaking to Michelle the supervisor to the customer service agent behind the desk was very welcoming and helpful in finding my needs especially under some special circumstances. I went with crutches due to an accident and the gentleman /customer service immediately pulled a chair for me to sit. He guided me to the storage facility on the other side which my reservation was located. We were then greeted by another customer service agent whom helped me in picking another unit that was more convenient for me to store belongings. The interaction with Life storage was seamless. Thank you for excellent customer service and interaction.

Easy access for motorcycles

Great outdoor storage space for two motorcycles at a reasonable price.

Clean and Fairly Priced

The storage unit is conveniently located and the units are fairly priced. The facility is clean and the elevators are in good operating condition. There is parking available. The only minus are the ladders needed to reach the units on top. The ladders are old and rickety. The ladders are hard to maneuver if you need to move them. The ladders need replacing.

The price is great, the customer service was great, the only downside is the upper unit and using the stairs to access the unit.
