Didn’t realized it’s just a month to month rental. I might not staying too longer. It’s really silly if the price will go UP instead of monthly stable!!

Decent price and location

Did the online check in. You are billed for a lock, and can't refund it even if you have your own lock. My access code didn't work, but the staff gave me a temp code to get moved in. It's clean, and so far no issues.

Overall. The facility is nice. I did have problems with my access code. It did take almost a day to get it solved. If I had used the facility at 9, which I could have no, I would not have been able to get access to the floors that I needed. This would have been a problem, but I waited to move in until business hours. The customer service was great. She should be a code which did get me onto the floor that I needed temporarily until my code could be fixed.make sure you sign up online to save a couple of dollars, but you will have to use their lock. I had purchased a lock expecting to use my own kamaole to sign up online and find out it was automatically included in the purchase. Then I found out that there was no refund for the lock. not a huge deal but could have saved me about 20 bucks.

She provided us with a tour of the place and helped us with making a decision on the size of the unit. I could not be more pleased with the service I was provided.
