I was very satisfied with the service that "John" provided at the Cotner/Pontius location. I took a small cubicle on 10/12/20. I believe he is the manager. John was professional and helpful. In these challenging times, it is nice to interact with an employee who definitely knows his job, can answer your questions, and does his best to satisfy your needs!

I've been a customer at this location for Year's. It's a clean and well-kept Storage Center. The staff are very nice, most of the time I've been helped by La Rome. He is polite, helpful and always has been a smile on his face.

Just came in, got my boxes and purchased a storage room for 1$ for the first whole Month! LaRome was there to help me set up my requests and plus he's a super nice guy! I highly Recommend public storage!! Also, Jasmine and Amber J. Help me out deciding what kind of unit I need and were extremely delightful! Great service!

La Rome and Amber were very helpful and accommodating. Amber initially set up the account and assisted me on move in day, carefully going through all the required documents. La Rome and Amber were both helpful when I closed out the account and moved my things out of storage two months later. The unit and the total facility was always clean and safe. I highly recommend this storage facility.
