    Excellent Experience!

    So easy to reserve a unit online and lock in the price. Received a call from the manager to confirm within 10 minutes. Once I arrived to sign the paperwork everything went super fast and smooth. The manager was easy to talk to, explained everything very well, and overall made the experience stress free.

    Courteous, informative office staff

    Just moved in, but was impressed with ease of access to units, apparent good drainage in place, overall cleanliness, reasonable pricing, and knowledgeable and courteous office staff.

    Great customer service

    I just moved in so I can't say much about the property yet. I do see water is coming in under the door from snow melt I'm guessing, about 8" of dirt inside along the whole door. People need to know it's not water proof. My suggestion is to put a threshold down to keep it out. The Ward's are extremely nice and helpful. I hope the hours change soon, not having 24hour access is not acceptable.
