Only thing that i have to complain about is the uhaul trucks against the fence where i park my camper. They are in the way trying to back it in there

We reserved 2 units with Store-It Winfield and they were so accommodating. We were in a bind and they were able to help us out over the phone before they closed. We went back a few weeks later to reserve another unit and the staff was very helpful. Units are clean and easy to access.

Convenient location.

The location is perfect for what we need, but we were a little disappointed to find out they are still working on some of the property. The back side of the storage, where they keep vehicles of all kinds has no fencing as of yet. The only plus side is, the police station is right there and weﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re told they do monitor the property. Hopefully soon, theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll have the security that we would prefer, since when we inquired about it, we were told by Sparefoot that is was fully secure. Otherwise, nice facility, great customer service.

Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been there for 4 months now and have NEVER had an issue. Of course the cleanliness of your unit is your responsibility so you canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t blame them if yours is dirty but the parking lot, and where you drive through the units is ALWAYS super clean. The staff is also amazing. Theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re all super sweet.

I reserved online after waiting about a month to find the right storage facility for me. I got there and told them I had a reservation and just like that I was paying and getting my unit number. It was very fast and they were very friendly.
