Additional information

Two-story indoor climate-controlled facility with roll up doors. Various unit sizes. Meeting with our manager is by appointment only. We do not have an onsite office. Available times to meet are between 9-5 pm M-Sat only, availability to meet after-hours is at the discretion and availability of our caretaker. We do recommend at least 24 hrs' notice if you require meeting with our caretaker. Same-day meeting requests will depend on the caretaker's availability. All reservations, move-in, and rental payments are online only. No onsite payments or mailed payments are permitted. Leases are only signed online, there are no in-person meetings to sign a lease or make your first rental payment. Your reservation is not completed until you have received a call from our call center, they will continue to process your rental or reservation requests by phone as soon as they receive your request and reservation. You will only receive your gate code upon the completion of the rental process and payment through our call center, this will not be made available to you through Sparefoot.
