The fastest I've ever rented a storage unit

Sparefoot really made a difference for me with this rental process. It allowed me to see American Mini Warehouses' prices online without having to call the business (they don't have their rates listed on their website). It saved me a step, so thank you, Sparefoot! The appointment creation process was fast and easy, and Dan at AMW reached out to me within two hours of the appointment being made to confirm next steps. I am so satisfied with the customer service I received, and how easy and convenient the process was. I put an inquiry on their website, and heard from an associate within 10 minutes. He has the paperwork sent over via docusign, and I was able to start using the unit within the hour on a Saturday. Couldn’t have asked for any better!!

Experience exceeded my expectations in every way

This was the first time that I have rented a storage unit. I’ve been thinking about it for awhile, but hesitated because I didn’t want a long, complicated process. I contacted the company, and found them really helpful and informative. They assisted in explaining what it would look like if I needed more space at a later time, and got me set up with my unit from first call to access to my unit in under fifteen minutes. This was also done on a Saturday, which was much appreciated as I don’t have much time during the week to deal with these things. They had locks available for purchase, a very fair price and saved me the trouble of an additional stop before moving my winter tires to storage. I have been very impressed with the overall experience.

Friendly service

I accidentally moved into the wrong storage space and Dan was very nice and helpful with helping me getting everything figured out.

Fair pricing

Rental fee is less than most in town. The units are older but still protective and dry from what I observed. Bob the caretaker/maintenance guy was super nice and helpful. Offered me free wood pallets for my unit. He had to take over setting up my agreement because the manager forgot our appointment.
