    Expeditious and Friendly Service

    The Seybold office staff were excellent. They had our items, reservation and paperwork ready. The whole process took under 5 minutes. The facility is brand new and clean.

    Never cleaned, bad staff member

    It was never cleaned despite the email saying it was being cleaned for me. There was glass, an empty beer bottle…. The one employee I interacted with was really unpleasant. The other (Deanna) was great. Keys/lock are overpriced - clearly being gouged. Office is a mess. Seems to be just another scummy storage company.

    Good price.

    Great customer service, great location, best price in Madison. You can drive right up to your unit. It was worth it.
