There is a property manager company that handles EVERYTHING. And they have never been there. They couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. Yhey could take my money over the phone, but when I couldn't get in, they can't refund it. ( how convenient) Was told it's fenced, it's not. Nobody was working when there was supposed to be someone there. Could not get in thru the gate (my set code did not work) almost drove across the grass to get in. Nobody answers the provided phone number during business hours. My unit was not at the correct address. Had to figure that out for myself. Facility is still under new construction, which is not complete. After leaving detailed messages I still have not gotten a return phone call. This was the beginning of my 2300 mile move. Great start!

When I opened ny uint there was a lot of stuff In there from previous people and the guy made me clean it out

I was able to access and move in over a weekend so that was convenient.

Staff is extremely easy to work with. Facility is well kept with security cameras and fencing. When we arrived someone was parked in the stall we rented. We called and they fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes!

My unit has an oil spill it needs to be cleaned.

There is no manager on site I was told there would be. My unit was not cleaned and I would like someone to come and clean it.
