    Safe place and great prices

    I have used many times thru the years and always had a great experience with there management and there hospitality. I am storing my truck there and I also have a storage unit too. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends and customers.

    Quick, Easy, and Excellent Service

    Yes, Jessica is awesome. I rented a space, then a few days later changed to another space. Each time she was very fast to respond to my email inquiries and getting the space I needed was a breeze. Not too crazy about the gate left open all day during business hours. Fences are not very tall, and determined thief would climb over it. If you are parking something in outdoors spaces, I'd make sure to come check on it regularly.

    Jessica is amazing. Very very friendly

    I found a unit online and reserved it. Within minutes Jessica at the antioch location called me explained to me how it worked what I need to pay and when i needed to be there to sign the papers. She was extremely friendly and personal.

    Great customer service - above and beyond!

    The ladies who were in the office were cordial and very efficient. I was even given a demo of how to open and lock my unit. I would recommend this facility to anyone. Having storage has been the answer to having enough living space at home and in my workshop, - especially having a place to gather items for our favorite charity.

    AWESOME Customer Service

    During this odd time we are living in with the Covid-19.... Ashley went above and beyond to get me a storage unit within 2 hours of contacting them, via email, since there is no staff on the premises. I highly recommend Lake County Storage and Ashley is SUPER friendly and easy to communicate with.
