    Reasonable prices, but lots of bird feces

    Their units are competitively priced. I also appreciate the above average security. The lot and enclosed units are clean. However, the open, but covered (RV & Camper parking) units have a large quantity of birds living in them, which is causing my travel trailer to accumulate an great deal of bird feces. I'm not entirely sure what they can do about this, but any attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

    The staff is AMAZING!

    The staff was VERY helpful! We had reserved a unit and then realized it was going to be a tight fit. We were able to check the website for available units from a cell phone, then call the main office while we were still onsite and transfer to a larger unit AND complete the transfer paperwork on the cell phone before we left. The entire process took less than 10 minutes! We can't thank the staff enough for all their help!

    Very easy to reserve and rent

    We needed a place immediately to park our trailer and found KO Storage. The process of reserving and renting a space was surprisingly easy and I had my trailer parked in its new home within 45min of finding KO storage

    Very clean! And secure !

    They answered the phone right away when my code didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work to get into the gate and was very sweet and fast with it! I got to my unit and it was so clean and smelt so new! I really appreciate the last minute storage with moving and being able to pay on a month to month basis and not having to lease for an amount of time. Thank you!
