I unfortunately don’t remember who got us all checked in, but I was having a really off day, and she was patient and understanding. Spoke very kindly and clearly. She made the whole process much easier, and the pricing seems fair compared to most other places.

Nice unit

It holds my stuff well. The lock is nice and the phone app works well. Its nice to not have to punch a code every time I visit

The manager is very nice and polite

The manager is very nice and polite. She explained everything well. The only thing that was a little negative is how flimsy the door of the locker seems to be. It is not easy to roll up or down and seems to catch forcing us to yank on it. Otherwise, we are pleased with the service.

I have not put anything in the storage locker yet, but the process of signing up for it was easy and actually pleasant. The lady who helped me, Donna, was wonderful talking me through the process, showing me the unit to be sure it was a good fit for me, and setting up the payment system.

Sanda was a great manager and she showed me everything I needed to know.
